qt5.7 串口 问题 QtSerialPort， 在ANDRIOD 下不能用

QT5.7  有没人用过   QtSerialPort， ANDRIOD  平台
serial->open(QIODevice::ReadWrite)  ；

出现错误   “ permission error while  creating lock file   “
串口没错的，可以用串口工具打开收发数据，
是不是  QtSerialPort  不支持  ANDRIOD  平台，在window，LINUX,都可以用，
