不知道有没有和我遇到过同样问题的。
环境：win8.1 Qt4.8.5 Mingw4.4.0 opencv（2.2.0/2.4.4/2.4.8） Cmake(2.8.12.2/2.8.9)

问题已解决，卸载Qt重装即可。
